Heating & Boiler Servicing
A regular boiler service can help prevent unwanted emergencies
The recommendation is to have your boiler and heating serviced annually.
Which for landlords, is a legal requirement. The best time to get an annual boiler and heating service is around the mid-end of summer. This is so that it gets checked whilst the heating has been off for a while and will also be ready for the coming of autumn. The peace of mind knowing you won’t have those dreaded boiler and heating issues when it gets turned on again in September/October is always worth the small investment in July/August we have consistently found here at Gasworks.
This Which Consumer report covers why you should have an annual service and what you should look for.
