We provide an emergency response service across West London during our opening hours, which are up to 22:00 on weekdays. Do you charge a callout fee for boiler or plumbing emergencies?

Are your engineers Gas Safe registered and insured?

Yes. Every senior Gasworks London Engineer is Gas Safe registered and fully insured. This means we are legally qualified to work on boilers and gas appliances, and you can have complete peace of mind that all work is carried out safely and to the highest standard. There may be occasions when our apprentices in training are not yet qualified, but we will always ensure they are Gas Safe and supervised accordingly

Yes. All of our work is covered by a 12-month workmanship guarantee and new boilers come with a manufacturer’s warranty of up to 12 years (depending on the model and brand). This means you can have complete peace of mind knowing your repair or installation is fully backed.

Can you supply and fit new boilers, or do I need to buy one first?

We can supply and install boilers from leading brands at competitive prices, or install a boiler you’ve purchased. Most customers choose supply & fit for correct sizing, full manufacturer warranty and safe installation by a Gas Safe engineer.

Do you offer service plans or regular maintenance contracts?

Yes. We offer tailored boiler and central heating maintenance plans to keep systems safe and efficient year-round. Regular servicing helps prevent breakdowns and ensures compliance. Get in touch to discuss a plan for your home or rental property.

What happens if the problem can't be fixed on the first visit?

Occasionally, we may need to order specialist parts or carry out further diagnostics. If we can't complete the repair immediately, we'll always endeavour to provide you with a temporary solution where possible to restore heating or hot water. We'll then order the required parts and schedule a follow-up appointment at your convenience. You'll never be left without clear next steps or an estimated timeframe for completion.
